The deposit for new service is $75.00 if you own your home; and $125.00 deposit if you rent.  Fill out the Start Sewer/Trash service Form.
The sewer portion of the bill is based on the winter average water usage.  The consumption is obtained from the Jackson County Water District #12 for the December, January, and February bills and the average consumption of those months is what you are billed.  If you have no history with the City you will be billed the minimum which is $39.00.
